Terry developed and expanded one of P&G's most valued and successful CRM programs ever - Color Source Magazine.  

When Terry took over Clairol's CRM program, or mini-brochure, it was a quarterly 16-page coupon booklet mailed to thousands of households.  As Creative Director she led a team of writers, art directors and producers over the next few years to develop a highly successful editorial/advertorial voice, and she grew Color Source into a 64-page, beauty and fashion magazine, infused with hair color education for over 5 million opt-in subscribers in the USA.   

Her work on Color Source was recognized as the "best application of beauty sense and sensibility" on P&G's business around the world.
